    Is there specific exercises you can do for Sciatica pain during pregnancy (17 weeks) ?

      Lying on your back, pull knee up to opposite shoulder and hold for 1 min. Do both sides. If bump is too big, figure 8 affected side, cross heel infront of opposite knee and slide hands through figure 8 and pull towards you. Soft spikey ball, lie on back and tuck ball under glut and gently lie on the ball on the painful bits through glut muscle. Ice lower back on affected side 10-15 mins several times per day in a tea towel. Hope that helps!
