Come and learn a short yet powerful sequence you can use daily to start your day, de-stress, or to unwind and rebalance. Your instructor is Arleen Scholten (Chiropractor and Yoga Instructor). Arleen has been practicing Yoga intermittently for the past 20 years and feels the combination of regular Chiropractic care and yoga practice is incredibly beneficial to support our physical and mental health. Many more athletes are implementing this combination to reduce stress both physical (helps reduce injury rate and speeds up recovery) and mental stress.
